Riley Kingsell and Oscar Mayer are two talented and aspiring young cricketers who have been coached by Cam & Jord for a number of years now and were one of the first to put their hands up for myPEAC. Together, Oscar and Riley unpack the nuts and bolts of the myPEAC Summit Series (Online Holistic Health Program). They delve into their experiences in the program and give insights into the knowledge they have gained through the Summit Series.
Cam & Jord put the boys on the spot and seek to find out what it's like to be on the other side of the screen during the Summit Series.
Riley mentions his appreciation for connecting with Sydney Thunder Strength and Conditioning Coach, Dr Dean McNamara, whilst Oscar expresses his gratitude for his interactive experience and unpacks his mental and emotional journey with Performance Coach, Mitchell Woods (Guest speaker in episode 7 Listen here)
