We're not only passionate, but experts in the field of athlete development. Establishing myPEAC Pty Ltd, a little over 12 months ago, the natural progression of the business has meant we have been able to expand our mentoring capacity and focus on holistic development for pre-elite athletes.
This episode we deep dive into what's happened in world cricket to help athletes better understand the game. Both Cam and I (Jord, howdy!) have played in the Sydney Premier Competition, rising through the NSW and Australian pathway systems. We have learn't a thing or two over the years and yes, we love our cricket, BUT...
Our true passion is for life and aligning love for Cricket, our passion for life and our knowledge in the field of holistic health into a program called the 'Summit Series' for pre-elite athletes and myPEAC members.
Through the Summit Series, you'll find balance and understand the importance of a holistic lifestyle. The myPEAC athletes get access to our online portal to view weekly videos on our core topics, which are presented by professionals in the below fields:
• Strength and Conditioning
• Nutrition
• Mental and Emotional
• Leadership
Our methods taught on the summit series are the back pocket tool every athlete needs to reach their highest potential. On the myPEAC podcast we get into world cricket, the technical the tactical and the strategy behind the worlds best players.

We sat down with mental health advocate and mentor Cam Williams.
Cam is a young 25-year-old mentor who understands the role mental health plays in a holistic lifestyle. In this episode he talks about his incredible circumstances which saw him almost lose his life. He speaks about looking his fears in the face and dealing with his trauma to continue down his path of maintaining balanced mental health.
After his hurdles, Cam’s felt a burning passion to do more in order to influence as many people as possible. He started his own charity 'Talk Talk' - creating awareness for mental health by breaking down the barriers that are stopping society from talking about their struggles. All of his profits are now being put directly back into the Penrith’s Men’s 'walk and talk' event for Mental Health.
Cam lives his life daily with no stone unturned. He pushes his mind and body to its limits and helps others do the same. He generously gives his time to others, asking nothing in return, hoping he can make a difference in peoples lives and be a mentor when they need it.
We would love to take the opportunity to thank cam for this podcast episode, and congratulate him on his road to recovery and on all the lives he continues to change.Cam has generously offered his personal assistance to anyone that needs to chat, ask questions or just need a friend.

We have Health and Cricket mentor, trainer and legend known. amongst the greats, Kevin Chevell.
Kevin's passion for cricket runs through his veins. He began his cricket days like any other young athlete, before being lucky enough to snap up a contract over in WA.
In Kev's early career he found himself with a frustrating injury no one seemed to have an answer for the 70/80’s. He was a fit & strong athlete running up to 70kms each week, but for reasons he couldn’t comprehend, season after season he found himself sidelined with injury, until he found weight training.
Kev’s fitness journey not only led him to great personal success, but people started to turn their heads to get Kev's recipe for this injury-free and high performance lifestyle. He was lucky enough to work with an incredible array of athletes, in both NRL and Australian cricket.
As word spread, athletes everywhere wanted to learn Kev’s philosophy. So he began his love for mentoring anyone willing to:
- Be on time
- Never look for excuses
- Go looking for the struggle
- Never give in.
Kev saw anyone who held a bat or a ball as family and to this day still lives by the same philosophy.
Cam and I (Jord), owe a lot to Kev for his mentorship across the years, he has changed so many lives for the better and helped many cricketers reach their full potential.

Today on the myPEAC Podcast we have fitness coach Kaine Balgowan speaking to us about the process he developed lifelong habits like: discipline, hard work, giving 100% in all your do and the importance of being consistent.
Kaine is a well oiled machine, from his chiselled body to his sharp mind. He is an inspiration to many around him and is an infectious personality for the better. Kaine’s background began with his cricket and his drive to be his best.
Kaine is a franchise owner of G3 Blaxland and G3 Narellan and this episode we talk about his journey to finding himself and how following his passion leading a lifestyle he is very grateful for all while he got into the best shape of his life and competed in his very first body building competition, where he was incredible successful.
